URVRSP-420 Coaching by exploiting the weakness of the girl who wants to become captain and making her obey through abuse of authority: Class 3-2 Cheerleading Club Yuna Hinano Yuna

It has been eight years since I became the cheerleading coach. When I first took over, our school’s cheerleading team was a weak one, but now it has become a powerhouse that is considered a top contender at the annual tournament. The team’s talent has certainly played a part, but my close, hands-on coaching has likely helped as well.

In our cheerleading team, we decide on a new captain every spring.
