In 20XX, as men’s sexual desire has been declining in recent years, the falling marriage rate has led to a serious decline in the birthrate. To address this, the government enacted the Nude Matchmaking Reform Law, commonly known as the ZO Law, which helped calm the decline in male desire and improve the birthrate. It is also said that couples formed during matchmaking events, as well as those who conceive afterward, receive appropriate support from the government.
