VRPRD-149 The new neighbor who moved in next door was a plain but very energetic club girl… Icchan by Itsuha

The Tajima family has moved into a quiet residential neighborhood. At first glance, they seem completely ordinary, even a little plain. Their daughter, Icchan, is a high school student with a refined, innocent air. With her ponytail, school uniform, and club bag slung over her shoulder, she looks just like the heroine of a youth drama. She is quiet, polite, and well-liked by the neighborhood ladies, who often say, She’s such a good girl.

But at night… huh? Something seems off. From the house next door comes a strangely rhythmic sound. At first, they thought maybe someone was moving furniture, but that wasn’t it. Night after night, a very suggestive moaning sound echoes through the walls. Wait a second—this is obviously that, isn’t it?
