A track team from a remote, depopulated village is set to compete in a city tournament. Hearing this, the village elders decide to gather the members for an intensive training camp. But their real purpose is to satisfy the desires of the adults in the village. The track team members, unable to object, are forced to endure inappropriate and harassing training such as half-naked squats and intrusive stretching exercises. The final step is intimate training with protection. Is this normal in the city? Will this help them achieve better times? The innocent girls from the countryside are made to believe it. As some of the girls begin to feel unusual sensations, the situation spirals out of control into a chaotic group affair, and they are drawn deeper and deeper into a degrading cycle of so-called training at the hands of the village’s corrupt adults.
