VSPDS-219AI 2007 New Graduate Female Airport Staff Pre-Employment Fitness Assessment

A look at the airline’s traditional, rigorous new-hire fitness assessment! A series of intense physical tests used as the final screening for new recruits. Female candidates who do not meet the standard in the vertical jump have their skirts cut shorter accordingly. There are squats and shuttle runs in underwear, and candidates with weak grip strength receive special grip-training exercises. During the treadmill endurance run, they sprint at full speed while performing a separate task. This work is an AI remastered version of the 2007 new graduate female airport staff pre-employment fitness assessment (1vspds00219).
