Request: Please punish my boss.

For several years since I joined the company, I have endured my boss’s abusive behavior, but I have reached my limit. Every time, I have been called useless, asked why I can’t do something so simple, told to quit already, and shouted at loudly many times. I can understand being scolded for mistakes I actually made, but when that person gets angry, it always feels like it is for unreasonable reasons, as if they are just taking out their stress on me. Of course, I have recorded audio and video evidence of the abuse, so if I submit it to the company, it would be easy to bring that person down. They could be demoted, transferred to another branch, or forced to resign. But that would be boring, wouldn’t it? I don’t think that would be punishment enough at all. Shouldn’t I be the one to decide the punishment for that person? So I have decided. I want all of you to deal with that person thoroughly. I am very much looking forward to seeing what kind of expression and voice that person will have from now on. I will arrange the preparations for the day in advance. I also plan to join in on the day and enjoy it as well, so thank you in advance.
