OFTR-017 For over 10 years, I’ve been shut in at home, and my desires have grown out of control. Taking advantage of the kindness of my four cheerful, caring younger sisters, who worried about me, I agreed to come out of my room in exchange for some intimate favors.

I’ll definitely get my big brother out of his room! To save their shut-in brother Yuto, who does nothing but stay in his room and play games, four highly capable and affectionate younger sisters spring into action. The cheerful college-age eldest sister, Mai, approaches him with a friendly bath-time scrub. The adorable Kansai-dialect second sister, Natsuki, offers lap pillows and ear cleaning. The hardworking third sister, Hana, is determined to study massage techniques. And the energetic, youthful-looking fourth sister, Hikaru, tries to persuade him with a bold, heartfelt proposal. One after another, the sisters charge into his room, doing everything they can to help their brother rejoin society. A chaotic, heartwarming family rescue story filled with unexpected mishaps and lively antics.
