ACZD-097 Humiliating Anal Enema Abuse: Momo Momoi

Momo visits the hospital because of abdominal pain. When the female doctor begins a rectal examination by gently tracing a finger around Momo’s anus, Momo is suddenly overcome by an urgent need to use the toilet. In the emergency, a portable commode is prepared, and Momo is made to relieve herself on the spot. After the waste is dealt with, the doctor removes the pubic hair to make the condition of the genital area easier to observe. The patient appears to keep the area groomed regularly, but for the examination it is fully shaved.

The interrupted anal examination is then resumed. After thorough anal massage, the doctor carefully inserts a finger. Momo’s anus is soft, making it easy to assess the rectum. Perhaps because the bladder is stimulated by the finger, Momo suddenly feels the urge to urinate, and a urinal is handed to her. Due to the intestinal stimulation, her anus loosens during urination and she experiences accidental bowel leakage.
