ACZD-096 Humiliating Anal Enema Abuse: Yua Goto

A rectal care procedure is performed on Yua, who suffers from chronic constipation. A large amount of petroleum jelly is applied to the fingers and massaged around the anal area over time. Once the muscles begin to relax, fingers are carefully inserted, increasing the number gradually while monitoring the patient’s condition. After checking the rectum with the fingers, a 50% glycerin solution is administered as an enema using a glass syringe. While sealing the anus with a finger to prevent leakage, pressure is applied to the lower abdomen with the palm to encourage a bowel movement. After making the patient hold it for a sufficient time, she is allowed to pass stool into a portable commode. She is not permitted to go to the toilet, under the pretext of confirming the condition of the stool.

Next, the patient is seated on a gynecological examination chair with leg supports, and the anus is again gently opened after the bowel movement. After confirming the condition with fingers, rod-like instruments are inserted in order, starting from thinner ones. An anoscope is placed into the relaxed anus, which has loosened enough to accept larger objects. It is slowly opened, and light is directed into the intestine to observe the condition of the rectum. Finally, a rectal endoscope about 30 cm long is inserted through the anus to visually examine the deepest part of the rectum. After confirming that the anal sphincter has relaxed, four fingers are inserted to check for any reaction.

Explaining that it helps improve intestinal condition, konnyaku is torn into pieces and inserted through the anus. The loosened anus gradually accepts the larger pieces. With the konnyaku left in the rectum, the anus is opened with an anoscope and yogurt is poured in until it overflows. A special glass enema device with a cone-shaped tip is inserted into the anus, and yogurt is administered beyond the limit to induce evacuation.

The final step is another treatment on a gynecological examination chair. Using a 1-liter irrigator, lukewarm water is administered as an enema and then expelled. This process is repeated many times with high-volume, high-pressure enemas until the expelled liquid becomes clear.
