A close-up documentary following a female staff member working in the production department of AV maker Gogos. Please take a look at the daily work life of a female employee who literally rolls up her sleeves and works hard through a series of slightly risqué tasks that would be unthinkable at a normal company, with sweat, tears, and other intimate moments along the way.

22-year-old on-site assistant director, nicknamed Itchi. She joins the company after handling arousal-related duties during her job interview. Three weeks later, during a meeting, she tries out a remote-controlled vibrator and is then caught in a private moment in the restroom. One month after joining, she goes to a hotel with director Karaki for location scouting for her own new project. A test for a love scene leads to a real intimate encounter, leaving her overwhelmed.
