MDTM-489 Leg-bound restraint, caterpillar-like climax, Kuraki Shiori

Shiori went to a hotel with an older man for money, but after taking the cash, she tried to escape and was eventually caught and taken away. When she woke up, she found herself confined in a stark, unfamiliar room. You need to be taught a lesson, the man said. With her mouth covered and her hands and feet unable to move, she was restrained and forced into a harsh training session.
