TSF-016 A thorough interview with a 21-year-old male band member who woke up as a woman. He insists, I’m a man!, and resists at first, but after discovering the pleasure of being female, he ultimately gives in. Wataru Okamura

To get to the bottom of the mysterious condition known as acquired feminization, in which a man’s body changes into a woman’s, we interviewed a former man said to have developed the condition. He plays drums in an alternative rock band called nosnos (formerly Nostalgia no Su), which is active in Tokyo. After feminization, his physical features changed significantly, and he is said to be struggling because he can no longer play the drums the way he wants. To confirm this, we examine his legs and chest, and then have sex to check vaginal sensitivity.
