A so-called intensive training camp for a competition turns out to be harsh, abusive discipline by a strict teacher. The students are forced into grueling exercises such as running while carrying a remote-controlled device, being made to perform humiliating chores, and enduring severe punishment and restraint. One student staying at the teacher’s home is bound naked and made to prepare dinner, while the teacher eats and humiliates the student. Another is tied up, tickled, and struck, then made to endure painful punishment that leaves them in tears. There are also scenes of electric shocks, forced confinement, and other extreme forms of mistreatment.

One student is made to run to a stream, stripped naked, and humiliated there. The teacher also forces students to obey degrading commands, including being made to drink liquids against their will. Additional punishments include hanging restraints, needle-like torment, heat-based abuse, and other cruel treatment. The next day, a student is forced to crawl naked while being whipped, and the ordeal ends with an especially harsh waterfall punishment.
