RCTD-482 Delusion Item Ultimate Evolution Series: Frozen Encounter, Kokomi Hoshinaka
A new teacher freezes a blackmailing student in ice! He breathes out chilling cold from his mouth and slowly freezes them bit by bit! Unable to move, yet still conscious, they are left in a cold-sleep state! If handled roughly, they might crack! Repeated freezing and thawing while still alive turns them into a snow globe of embarrassment! A freeze-themed AV with a bad status effect, following time stop and petrification!
