As the neighborhood association president of Higurigaoka Town, Yuriko Saotome secretly transforms into the Saint Masked Guardianne and fights the evil spreading through the community to protect the town’s public order. One day, she rescues Kometame Tsutao, the owner of a notorious junk-filled house and a local outcast, from being harassed by a group of delinquents. Yuriko hopes this will make him reflect on his behavior and change his ways, but Kometame stubbornly refuses to clear out the trash and shows no sign of softening his stance. Meanwhile, the delinquents hear a rumor that a large fortune is hidden in Kometame’s house and scheme to sneak in and steal it, only to disappear without a trace.
