SDAM-115 A cheerful but cash-strapped college girl and unlimited fun! I renovated my family home in a student district and became the owner of a women-only share house, where I enjoy unlimited intimate encounters in exchange for forgiving overdue rent

The residents of the women-only share house I manage are all dealing with some kind of financial trouble. It seems they keep spending too much on hobbies like supporting their favorite idols, luxury brands, host clubs, gambling, and travel. Some even go so far as to make unreasonable requests to have their rent waived. In the end, I reluctantly ended up in a relationship with all of them. (14 encounters in total)
