To fulfill a client’s wish to be intimate with a close family member, Takeshi Karaki steps in… secretly capturing the full outline of a forbidden family scheme. A request comes from an older brother who is obsessed with anime and games about younger sisters and has developed feelings for his much younger sister. He lures his college-student sister, who is job hunting in the beauty industry, into visiting a massage shop by offering her a trial part-time job promising to help her feel beautiful from the inside out. Unaware that it is a setup, the sister relaxes under a sensual massage, and the brother, disguised as an assistant, takes advantage of the situation. Even as she is startled, she is gradually overcome by pleasure and begins to moan. When her blindfold is removed and she confesses that she had wanted to be with her brother, the truth is revealed. After the siblings indulge in each other, a staff member also joins in, and the sister is left overwhelmed by the intense experience.
