The doctor tells her that both the CT scan of her brain and the EEG results are completely normal, but the woman says she can see gears inside her head.

She says she first saw those gears in third grade. She was thrilled with the pink bicycle her parents had bought her and was riding it around the neighborhood at high speed when she crashed into a utility pole. The bicycle handlebars pierced the area around her stomach, and in the midst of intense pain and the agony of being unable to breathe, she saw the gears.

The moment after she saw the gears, a wave of bliss swept through her entire body, leaving her mind completely blank.

As time passed and she grew into adulthood, she realized that this had been her first ecstasy. The woman then begins telling the doctor, one after another, about pain turning into pleasure at high speed, along with her fantasies.

Eye-focused torment, a fantasy of sex with a woman whose entire skin is stripped away, upside-down suspension with only the ankles bound, breath-control torment, whip torment, and messy hard oral scenes using a large amount of salmon roe.

Before long, as he listens to the woman’s mysterious and surreal world, the doctor is drawn into her inner world.

This work, Gear, is a surreal world created based on an episode from the childhood of Aya Shiomi, who is now in her fourth year as a Dogma exclusive actress.

Normally, the neural pathways for pain, suffering, and pleasure should be separate, but Aya Shiomi is a unique person whose pain and pleasure switches are linked together.

I became determined to create a story that journeys through the inner world of Aya Shiomi, who possesses this special Gear.
