ADHN-001 We Like Girls Too: Hazuki & Reira

I had long thought that when it comes to girls, there seems to be a lower barrier to same-sex affection than with men, such as friends holding hands or kissing when they’re drunk. I wasn’t sure whether stories about coworkers staying over after a company drinking party and ending up getting a little carried away were just male fantasies or not, but that idea was the starting point for wanting to film a light, intimate lesbian atmosphere.

The girls involved had varying levels of experience, some with same-sex experience and some without, but one thing I can say for sure is that they were more shy, more cautious, and much more bashful than when they’re with men, and I could feel a different kind of atmosphere throughout.

This is not a fully lesbian-only work; a man does appear, and there are also intimate scenes, since after all, you might want a male presence too. However, rather than the usual reverse threesome setup where two women serve one man in a harem-like situation, I wanted to focus on the bond between the two girls, with the man simply stepping into that space. I’m not sure whether I succeeded.

The main goal when I came up with this project was to keep watching girls kissing for as long as possible, and I think I was able to achieve that. The fact that two truly wonderful, positive women, Hazuki Wakamiya and Reira Fujii, appeared in the film also helped it come together as a proper work. I think I was able to capture both of their charm and sensual appeal. (Director’s comment)
