SGKI-056C I Want to Be Called Funny Rather Than Cute: Following a Female Comedian Who Keeps Making People Laugh No Matter What Happens, Male-Female Comedy Duo HARD Solo Live: Nude Manzai Edition

A documentary closely follows Bunji, the straight man, and Yui, the funny one, a male-female comedy duo in their second year since forming, as they keep trying to get laughs no matter what. In the tough world of comedy, where only a handful make it big, this film tracks the two as they aim for the top. They’ll do anything to become successful, but the harsh realities of comedy begin to strain their partnership. Since this time it’s a male-female duo, Yui gets the full brunt of the pressure in this extra-tough version. No matter what happens, getting laughs on stage comes first. A trembling upper body delivers a lower-body routine! Here comes Yui-chan, the Reiwa-era queen of big laughs, joking while making a splash! A solo live performance, nude manzai edition.
