TKFC-049 A beautiful office lady who betrayed her fiancé and ended up falling under the control of a company executive (Posted by Kozue)

From the male poster:

She is not directly under me, but she is one of my subordinates.

At work, she is admired by everyone and seen as the office beauty. She also has a fiancé within the company, and they are a couple everyone recognizes as happy.

However, she once had an experience with a male superior who subjected her to inappropriate and controlling behavior. That experience left her unable to feel satisfied without some form of BDSM play.

The relationship began when she happened to see me at a BDSM-themed social bar, and after that she started asking me to play that role for her.

It is a fairly risky relationship for me as well, but I have become captivated by her beauty and her submissive side, and I cannot let her go.
