JOY-005 Virgin Rescue Bill: Yuuki’s Edition

In 2024, as part of measures to address the declining birthrate, the Unmarried Support Bill was passed. To support socially disadvantaged men, each city hall established a Family Education Promotion Division, where female municipal employees would provide intimate guidance in an effort to improve the birth rate. This time, we conducted an interview with newly married Sayaka Kitamura, who was assigned to the newly established Civic Affairs Department Family Education Promotion Division. We closely followed all aspects of the support process for Yuuki, a man with no prior experience, including the guidance provided and the duties involved in helping him take his first step forward. Kitamura carefully offered instruction tailored to his requests, and we bring you the reality of the scene directly from the field.
