JOY-006 Virginity Relief Bill: Kengo’s Edition

In 2024, as part of measures to address the declining birthrate, the Unconsummated Persons Relief Bill was enacted. To support sexually inexperienced men, each city hall established a Sexual Education Promotion Division, where female municipal employees would provide intimate assistance in an effort to improve the birthrate. This time, we conducted an in-depth interview with the newly married Sayaka Kitamura, who was assigned to the newly established Citizens’ Affairs Department Sexual Education Promotion Division. The recipient of the assistance was a 56-year-old anime otaku and lifelong virgin. For those over 56, bareback participation was reportedly permitted. While handling an unfamiliar real-life body, he desperately made his way forward, and the newlywed was overwhelmed by the experience.
