MISM-405 Stepping into bare-knuckle action! Forced pumping and gagging! Three long catheters inserted! KOHARU Miike Koharu, a proud all-around fighter who wants to be TKO’d in the throat

A challenge letter has arrived at Emu-ko Lab. We head out to take on the dojo. MMA fighter KOHARU intimidates us with intense sparring. It’s on! After a fierce struggle for guard position, we secure mount control. From there, we use an Anaconda-style hold to take away consciousness, then deliver heavy ground strikes. The sacred ring is left in disarray. Even after tapping, it doesn’t end. This is a serious bare-knuckle showdown. We’ll surround and overwhelm them with close-range grappling pressure. Three long catheters are inserted deep to the stomach, leading to a dramatic wave of vomiting. If you want to get stronger, take it all the way to the core! A throat-training TKO by a practitioner of MMA (Marshall Mouth Arts).
