SGKI-064A Ika Sare! Morning News Special Report for the Autumn Equinox: Never Break Your Expression During On Air. A trembling rookie announcer faces a new challenge and is chosen as the main caster

This fall, the new morning news program Ikasare! Mezamashi News will feature 22-year-old newcomer announcer Kitaoka as the main anchor. I want to deliver the news without ever losing my composure, no matter what happens, she says. Kitaoka carefully separates her on-air and off-air demeanor, and during the live broadcast she presents the news more calmly than anyone else. I try not to get emotional during the broadcast, she says. However, perhaps due to her sensitive nature, she sometimes becomes flustered during commercial breaks, and the studio floor ends up in a mess. As a newcomer, maybe she has reached her limit in holding back her emotions…! Total of 105 episodes!
