This is a streaming-exclusive special edition with 30 extra minutes of bonus footage not included in the standard version of Mother-Son Journey: Akakura Yamaji, including image scenes and solo scenes. Below is the description of the standard version:

Yuko Shiraki’s second exclusive release for Ruby returns with Mother-Son Journey. After a divorce, the two sons were split between their father and mother. The older brother grew up well and became a working adult, while the younger brother could not get along with his free-spirited father and left home. Before long, the father passed away, and the family reunited at the funeral. Yuko later goes on a hot spring trip with Tsubasa, whom she has not seen in years. Starved for a mother’s affection, Tsubasa’s feelings gradually become distorted. He approaches his mother, and although she knows she should not, Yuko accepts him. This forbidden hot spring trip portrays a deeply intimate reunion as they try to make up for the years they were apart.
