INSTV-671 SNS video goes massively viral, followers skyrocket, and it becomes a hot topic. A provocative consulting gimmick. A Saitama-based, hip-hop-loving part-timer with a huge desire for attention and a strong wish to become famous is produced into a glamorous, attention-grabbing persona.

Tetsuya-kun works as an SNS consultant. His inbox is constantly flooded with DMs from young people who want to go viral and become influencers. Today’s client is Noa-chan, a Saitama-based izakaya worker who loves hip-hop. First, they meet at a café for a consultation. She says she wants to become famous, and he decides that she should focus on a bright, cute image and create posts that make the most of her appeal. They then move to a hotel to film a viral video. Unreleased footage has been added to the distribution of the amateur title INSTC-671.
