DANDY-984 A part-time worker who outranks the store manager struggling with staff shortages! When I tried to stop a plain-looking part-timer from quitting… she turned out to have an unexpected crush on older men, and I ended up being repeatedly dragged into awkward situations at work

One day, she told me she wanted to quit, but when I begged her not to, she agreed to keep working under three conditions: (1) shorter hours, (2) more staff, and (3) personal favors?! I was shocked by the sudden request, but she said, If you won’t do it, I’ll quit, so I had no choice but to go along with it… Even when I said I was about to finish, she wouldn’t let me stop, and I was forced into uncomfortable situations. Even with my wife nearby, I was made to handle her personal needs… Hiring people is really tough…
