JOY-007 Virgin Rescue Plan: M-Submissive & 3P Edition

In 2024, as part of measures to address the declining birthrate, the Relief for the Unmarried Act was passed. To support socially disadvantaged virgins, a new Sexual Education Promotion Division was established, and female city employees were assigned to provide intimate assistance in order to help improve the birthrate. This time, we conducted an in-depth interview with Sayaka Kitamura, who was assigned to the newly created Sexual Education Promotion Division in the Citizens’ Affairs Department. Kitamura-san shows a strict, sadistic side toward applicants who say they want to be bullied, including persistent teasing and intense aftercare. In a three-person encounter with two elderly residents living in a messy apartment, she is forced into humiliating situations and thoroughly overwhelmed from both sides. Even while being covered in bodily fluids, Kitamura-san continues to carry out her duties with sincerity and care.
