A group of beginner women who felt that starting with personal training or a large gym would be too intimidating asked a male Pilates instructor friend to hold a beginner class for four pairs. Since they were friends, the session progressed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with stretching and posture exercises helping everyone feel at ease. After the first half of the class, they took a break, had a light snack, and rested a little before the second half. There was also a small amount of alcohol, and the four became pleasantly relaxed and more open-minded. After that, the class resumed in two pairs, but the men and women, now in a playful mood, acted freely while still wearing their Pilates outfits. The women were switched around partway through, leading to a wild and chaotic group encounter.
