C-2919 The History of Female Employee Rika Fuji [Part 2]

This is a record of several years of struggle for one woman who joined an adult video production company, filled with laughter, tears, and moments of vulnerability. Rika Koji, a 26-year-old female employee and assistant producer in the production department, is confused by industry rules that defy common sense, but continues working day and night to create adult content from a woman’s perspective. This is a portrait of a woman who changes as she comes into contact with the deeper side of intimacy, through tasks such as helping male performers prepare for filming and testing props with her own body. Please take a look at one ordinary woman’s slightly unusual work, presented in two parts. The second part includes a filming trip, a same-sex scene with a married woman whose husband has unusual preferences, and a two-person same-sex shoot with an amateur woman taken along on the trip.
