ATID-647 A married female investigator who returns to work for the first time in seven years after her son is kidnapped is completely transformed by a drug-induced affair. Natsume Ayaharu

After retiring as an investigator following marriage and childbirth, I had been living a peaceful life when I suddenly received a call.

It was a warning that my beloved son had been kidnapped.

The kidnapper’s demand was an undercover investigation into the organization I had once cornered.

What awaited me when I returned to the field was the betrayal of a colleague I had trusted, and an inescapable ordeal brought on by a drug that clouded my judgment.

Even as my body and mind were worn down, I continued to resist as a mother, for my son’s sake.

Now, my strength of spirit was about to be tested.
