MEMO-003 I had always dreamed of being with you… A training record of a plain female student living nearby, whom I didn’t know, during her peak development, with a curvy figure and large bust.

A female student living in a nearby apartment complex. I didn’t know her personally, but every time I saw her near the station, I couldn’t help noticing her well-developed figure and curvy build. When I saw her on the train, she even gave up her seat to elderly passengers, and I thought she must be a good kid. Her parents must have raised her well. She was polite, and her uniform was from a well-known prep school in Tokyo, so I figured she’d grow into a fine adult.

Then, one day, a fateful moment arrived for her. As a side note, I heard that she is currently working at a fantasy-themed establishment in Kannai.
