When they wake up, Atsushi and Momiji realize they have been brought back to the venue of the Ikase Game Atsushi had once organized, leaving them confused. There, they also find Atsushi’s ex-girlfriend, Waka, who had taken part in the previous game.

Ten men and women gathered at the stark venue. With a prize of 100 million yen on the line, the curtain rises once again on the mad climax game, Ikase Game, where participants engage in sexual acts and the first person to climax is eliminated.
