A woman who loved animals so much that she went on to work full-time at the pet shop where she had part-time jobs. She married a hotel employee four years older than her, whom she met through a friend’s introduction. After her husband was transferred for work, she left the place she had grown accustomed to and spent her days overwhelmed by housework. Once child-rearing became less demanding, she started working three days a week at a family restaurant to fill her free time and loneliness. At her husband’s invitation, she watched a performance by the theater company led by Takahashi and became a fan. After attending a performance alone, she joined the after-party and made a mistake.
